Today is a new beginning

so i went for a nice 20 minute walk today on my lunch.  today begins a weight loss and exercise contest i'm in.  i'm going to have a big part in kicking the opposing team's butt!  we have 2 contests going: minute exercised and pounds (by percent, i think) lost.  Here's my minutes ticker.

I'm not posting it on the knot b/c I don't want the other team to see how much we're doing.
